Campus Plaza promotes careers

Following its successful premiere, transport logistic Campus Plaza is entering its second round. Experts and interested parties will meet in Hall A3.323/424 on the networking platform for short presentations. The topics of cybersecurity, sustainability, artificial intelligence and employers will each be examined from different perspectives over the course of a day.
Finding, integrating and retaining employees. That‘s also what this year‘s transport logistic is all about. Exhibitors as potential employers and a conference programme featuring experts from research and practice make the international trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management a hub for HR and management topics.
‘The trade fair is all about the future of logistics. And because it is inconceivable without people, the trade fair is increasingly also about the future of logistics. This is reflected in the numerous HR topics in the conference programme and in the special areas,’ says Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead at transport logistic.
On Thursday (5 June), the Campus Plaza will bring together exhibitors and trade fair visitors to discuss the topic of ‘Employers in the Spotlight’. In 30-minute presentations, they will provide insights into human resources management and development. The speakers will address topics such as employer branding, new work and modern working environments, employee retention and development, and sustainability as an employer issue. Campus Plaza becomes a stage for the world of work in logistics.
‘transport logistic doesn’t just offer innovative technologies and processes – logistics as a field of work puts people at the centre,’ says Schönberger. ‘In this context, transport logistic is developing into a career platform. On the one hand, the number of education providers is growing. On the other hand, exhibitors are presenting themselves as employers.’ (rok)
