Full view of air freight

The world‘s leading air cargo trade fair, air cargo Europe, which is integrated into transport logistic, is characterized by a particularly high level of internationality this year. The exhibition occupies around 15,000 square meters, namely the entire Hall A1 and – due to the high demand – part of Hall A2. Since its inception, the trade fair has developed into one of the most important meeting places for the international air cargo industry and offers a comprehensive platform for exchange, networking and business initiation. In addition to its own exhibition area, air cargo Europe also includes a special conference program.
The event brings together all players in the air freight chain – from airlines, airports, freight forwarders and logistics service providers to technology providers, cargo handling specialists and consultants. The spectrum of the exhibition ranges from classic transport services and freight handling to special solutions for temperature-sensitive goods and the latest developments in digital process optimization.
A particular focus is on sustainable concepts: from alternative drive technologies and low-emission airport solutions to optimized freight chains in terms of CO2 reduction, the green transformation of air freight will be comprehensively addressed. In addition to major airlines and integrators, innovative start-ups will also be presenting their solutions for the air freight of tomorrow.
The air cargo Europe conference focuses on current topics and strategic issues in the industry. High-caliber speakers from business, politics and science will shed light on the following aspects, among others:
- Market trends and forecasts for global air freight and freighters
- Combating greenhushing in air cargo to ensure a sustainable, people, planet, profit future
- Unlocking the future: artificial intelligence, automation and digitalisation in aircargo
- Cyber security for logistics – how air freight remains secure.
Discussion panels and keynote speeches offer practical solutions for the further development of the industry.
This year marks the return of the awards. Air Cargo Week introduces a new nomination and voting system to ensure fairness and transparency. Nominees and winners will be chosen through a mix of industry voting and an independent jury, ensuring a balanced selection. New categories, a refreshed jury and a glittering awards evening complete the relaunch. (rok)
